This stunning 4-bedroom bay-front villa lies in the tranquil Bay of Mawella, on the south coast of Sri Lanka.

Designed by Studio Mondadori, the Villa combines sumptuous comforts with modern architecture and character, including a walled garden, open verandas, and a stunning lap pool.

The villa sits at the heart of on an acre of manicured lawns, palms, and tropical plants. Meals are prepared with organic produce fresh from our vegetable garden and fruit trees. The property includes several shady terraces, an indigenous flower garden, and an expansive pool. The adjacent pool house is equipped with a full kitchen, alfresco dining area, lounge area, and shower area.

The Villa is a 10-minute drive from both Tangalle and Hiriketiya. Perched on Mawella Bay, one of the most beautiful and protected swimmable beaches in Sri Lanka, the bay has an excellent array of boutique hotels, cafes, and restaurants.

ACCOMODATION

The Villa is available exclusively from a minimum of 3 nights.

The Villa, ideal for a family or a group of friends, can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The villa is designed as three pavilions around the 20-meter lap pool.

There is the bay fronting pavilion, having the main guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The pavilion has the indoor dining and living areas with a guest kitchen, opening to the veranda with amazing views of the bay.

The two further guest bedrooms face the pool, and both have ensuite bathrooms and the possibility of having a child sleep in them.

The large, open Ambalama has a separate living and dining area and overlooks the pool, with seating areas and tables beneath the shady portico.

EVENTS

The villa offers a variety of beautiful spaces and personalised proposals for weddings, events, and other special occasions. You can organise a welcome drink or cocktail by the pool, a formal lunch or dinner in the evocative garden, an intimate ceremony, or a joyful gathering on the beach.
